1. Who we are
Infinity & Beyond is an independent house-of-brands storefront. Brilliant Displays is a brand inside Infinity & Beyond and is also the in-house production, print-on-demand, manufacturing, and fulfillment engine behind every order placed on this site. We fulfill our own obligations in-house. We do not use third-party fulfillment marketplaces.
2. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm payment and, where applicable, approve artwork and production scope. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including pricing or product errors.
3. Custom & bulk orders
- Custom and bulk orders require review and approval before production begins.
- Production does not start until payment (or required deposit) and final approval are received.
- Turnaround time begins after payment and approval — not at first message.
- You are responsible for spelling, names, dates, wording, and design approval after proof approval.
- By submitting artwork, logos, images, names, likenesses, or text, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them.
- We may refuse artwork that appears to violate rights, is low quality, or is unsuitable for production.
- Custom and bulk orders may not be refundable after production begins unless there is a verified production error caused by us.
4. Garment & print rules
- Printed and pressed apparel uses approved white cotton or approved white cotton-heavy garments only.
- Blank black T-shirts are sold unprinted only.
- No polyester printing, no embroidery, no colored-garment printing, no cut-and-sew.
5. Delivery dates
We do not promise guaranteed delivery dates unless an admin explicitly sets one in writing for your order. Estimated dates are estimates.
6. Pricing & taxes
Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
7. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, brand marks, photography, and product designs are owned by Infinity & Beyond, Brilliant Displays, or the relevant brand owner. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Infinity & Beyond and Brilliant Displays are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products purchased.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
