What we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Order info: items, sizes, quantities, shipping address, pickup choice, order notes.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We do not store raw credit-card data on our servers.
- Custom & bulk request info: contact details, artwork uploads, design notes, deadlines.
- Operational info: production status, fulfillment status, tracking numbers.
How we use it
- Process and fulfill your orders, quotes, and custom requests.
- Communicate about your order, production status, shipping, or pickup readiness.
- Respond to support questions.
- Improve our products and services.
- Meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the storefront: Stripe (payment processing), the carrier used to ship your order, our authentication and database providers, and our email-sending provider. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use Shopify, Printful, Printify, Etsy, or Amazon for fulfillment.
Artwork uploads
Files you upload for custom or bulk orders are stored privately and used only to produce your order or quote. We may retain artwork for reorders and quality records.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your cart. We do not run third-party advertising trackers at this time.
Security
Customer data is protected by row-level security in our database. Internal cost, vendor, and margin information is restricted to admin staff and is never shown to customers.
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile from your account page. For data export or deletion requests, contact us via the Contact page.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13.
