Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Local pickup is available in Akron, OH at checkout.
Lead times
- Printed-to-order apparel: typically produced in 3–7 business days, then shipped.
- Blanks & in-stock merch: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Custom & bulk orders: lead times are quoted per project and begin only after payment and approval.
- We do not promise guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly confirmed for your order.
Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Pickup is free.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking number. Tracking is also visible on your order page in your account.
Ready for pickup
When your pickup order is ready, you will receive an email and your order page will update with pickup instructions.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date so we can open a claim and replace your order.
