Printed-to-order & custom apparel
Printed, pressed, and custom items are produced for your order. They are not eligible for return unless there is a verified production error caused by Brilliant Displays. If there is a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with photos so we can review.
Bulk & manufacturing orders
Bulk and brand-manufacturing orders may not be refunded after production begins unless there is a verified production error caused by us. Deposits paid to schedule production are non-refundable once production has started.
Blank garments
Unused, unwashed, and unaltered blank garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Refund is issued to the original payment method.
Books & merch
Unopened books and standard merch may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Signed books and limited drops are final sale unless damaged on arrival.
Approval & spelling
Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for spelling, names, dates, wording, and design. Reprints due to approved-spelling errors are charged at full price.
How to start a return or refund
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe.
Refund timing
Approved refunds typically settle to your card or bank within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
